Volunteer just one day a month, and you can really make a difference! The Alabama Animal Adoption Society is supported completely by our volunteer staff, and we are always in need of caring and responsible volunteers. We need people who can do the following:

• Play with puppies and kittens
• Walk Dogs
• Interview prospective new families
• Clean up after the animals
• Feed the animals
• Volunteer one Saturday a month

Please Note: Our insurance requirements state that we cannot have any volunteers under the age of 18. Also, because we are an all-volunteer organization, we do not have the personnel to provide a structured Community Service Program. If you are younger than 18 or looking for animal-related community service hours, please contact your local Humane Society. Many have junior and community service programs.
